We ordered Incredabowl for dinner. (1) ordering was a breeze. We picked the Asian Rice Bowl with chicken, Korean BBQ with beef, and the Chicken Bacon Mac. (2) pick up was super simple. Drove right up and there was Rus and my food waiting. We are in love. Most important: Everything tasted fantastic. The flavors were deep, complex and everything you want them to be. We had leftovers for lunch the next day, and the dishes heated up perfectly on the stove. The price can’t be beat for the quality, quantity, and the choices. We’ll be back.

Russell was very responsive when we had questions about an order, we were grateful for his attentive and considerate service and the great prices! We ordered for kids and adults, and there wasn’t a crumb left behind. Everything was delicious (Asian Rice, Korean BBQ, Kim Noodle, Southwest Egg Roll, Burrito bowl, Gyro bowl and Chili Mango) and we were all looking forward to our next Incredabowls!

We got 6 bowls delivered from IncrediBowl, and each one of them was delicious! We got the Kim Noodle, Asian Rice bowl, Korean BBQ, and Cuban Chili Mango- Each dish was filling and bursting with flavor. So yummy. Russell was super kind and replied quickly with answers to a few questions we had. Online ordering was easy. I think I have found my new favorite spot in the neighborhood, and I will definitely track them down at a food truck event. I would highly recommend them!

I just finished eating and had to sing the praises of this place. I wasn’t planning to eat the entire Asian rice bowl (which was huge) but it was so good! The “good stuff” isn’t just plopped in top but is instead mixed in throughout the dish, so as you dig down you keep getting yummy things. Online ordering and pickup were super easy. I needed mine vegan- so I just put that in the notes while placing my order. The owner was super responsive to my FB message with questions as well. I can’t wait to try another bowl!

A story of growth and change

How it all came to be…

Started as The Salad Man & Juice bar in May 2013 offering salads, and rice bowls alongside fresh juices and smoothies. We built a strong relationship with our customers with steady growth. In 2017 we partnered with Ocean Spray to bring the first ever Ocean Spray food truck to New England. In September of 2017 our contract with Ocean Spray ended and during that time our customers kept telling us how incredible our bowls were and it just seemed to fit us. As such we rebranded our business to its true name as The Incred-A-Bowl Food Company

Second Food Truck launched in 2019
Started the Incred-A-Bowl Fresh Start program, an employment program for those deemed unemployable.
Contribute to our community through partnerships with nonprofits such as Open Doors and Polished Gems
Received a start up loan from CommerceRI in 2013 and paid it back in full.
Awarded the Business Adaptation Grant in 2020
featured in multiple News and TV segments such as Eat Drink RI and The Rhode Show

We look forward to the future and how we can continue to grow alongside our wonderful Rhode Island Community and beyond.
